We’re looking for a passionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist, preferably with Feeding Therapy experience, to join our team. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families by helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life.
At Tumble N' Dots, we believe in going beyond the standard one-hour therapy session per week. While some pediatric clinics focus on what happens during those 60 minutes, our signature approach is different. We understand that a child's success depends on a comprehensive, family-focused plan that evolves and adapts over time, involving both caregivers and our entire team of specialists.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine each child’s needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy services focusing on improving daily living skills, motor skills, and independence.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and individual one-on-one sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and comprehensive care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support their child's development at home.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time (afternoons preferred)
