Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Lead the Salesforce technical roadmap, architecture design, and platform governance.
- Ensure best practices in Salesforce development, scalability, data modeling, integrations, and security.
- Review and guide technical solutions including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, API integrations, and third-party tools.
Project & Delivery Management
- Oversee full-cycle Salesforce project delivery—from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Manage onsite/offshore development teams, ensuring quality code and on-time delivery.
- Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and code review processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and CRM leadership to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Data, and QA teams for integrated delivery and smooth releases.
- Communicate technical decisions, risks, timelines, and design impacts to leadership teams.
Integration & Data Management
- Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, ESB, Mulesoft, APIs, data platforms, etc.).
- Oversee data migration, data quality, and master data management efforts.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
Team Leadership
- Mentor Salesforce developers, admins, and technical analysts.
- Drive continuous learning, innovation, and adoption of new Salesforce features.
- Conduct performance evaluations and build high-performing Salesforce technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15 years of overall IT experience with at least 6 years in Salesforce technical leadership roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, API Integrations, and Salesforce DevOps pipelines.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce technical teams and managing enterprise-level implementations.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and platform capabilities.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, or similar.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git-based workflows, environment management, and deployment automation.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer II, Technical Architect (CTA or partial), Application Architect, System Architect are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work 100% onsite in King of Prussia, PA.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Environmental Services, Waste Management, or Industrial Services domain.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with modern DevOps practices.
- Prior experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce transformations.
