Update insurance information in LoanServ
Issue payments to insurance companies
Prepare UPS labels for overnight mailings
Work correspondence in the Electronic Customer File
Prepare global system notes
Prepare payoff quotes
Research accounts and provide resolution
Process Skip trace information
Research accounts and provide resolution
Work and import correspondence in the Electronic Customer File
Document global system notes in Sagent
Responsible for SFH-Guaranteed Loan Program support
Processes loss claims according to SFG- GLP regulations, policies and procedures
Performs account research and provides detailed analysis and advice to management and customers
Provides Lender/Servicer customer service support regarding account via email and phone
Provides loss claim-related assistance on projects to support the SFH-GLP and the SFH Claims Branch
Processes all loss claim related sub tasks
Answers phone calls, voicemail, status calls and emails
Initiate tasks in the imaging workflow as appropriate from centralized SO SFH-G lender email account for SCB and SSB
Ensures all calls and emails from the centralized SO SFH-G lender email account and phone lines are responded to according to procedure and service standards
