The Opportunity: More Than a Job, A Commercial Partnership
We are seeking a creative, bold, and visionary UI/UX Designer to join our team as a core member and commercial product partner. This is not a typical job opening; it is an invitation to build the future and own a real stake in the commercial success of a pioneering project.
As we are in our early growth phase and pre-revenue, this position is not currently salaried. Instead, we are offering a significant and formally contracted percentage of all revenue generated from the sales of our product, NeoBin. This partnership will be formalized through a transparent Revenue Sharing Agreement. This ensures that you will be a key partner in our financial success from day one, with your reward directly tied to the product's market performance.
What You Will Do (Your Responsibilities):
- Lead the End-to-End Design Process: From brainstorming and research to creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and the final visual design for the NeoBin platform (web & mobile).
- Craft an Unforgettable User Experience: Design an interface that is simple, intuitive, and delightful for our users, despite its underlying technical complexity.
- Conduct User Research & Analysis: Lead user interviews, perform competitive analysis, and identify key user needs to drive design decisions.
- Create and Maintain a Design System: Build a comprehensive library of design components and standards to ensure consistency and accelerate product development.
- Collaborate Closely with the Engineering Team: Engage in daily interactions with developers to ensure the pixel-perfect and high-quality implementation of your designs.
- Present and Defend Your Designs: Articulately present design concepts to team members and stakeholders, justifying decisions based on UX principles and data.
- Iterate and Continuously Improve: Utilize feedback and user testing data to relentlessly improve the product post-launch.
Who You Are (Your Qualifications):
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products. (Experience with SaaS or data-driven products is a major advantage).
- Mastery of Tools: Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to solve complex problems through design.
