Location: Hybrid (Oregon City) – some on-site attendance required, flexible schedule

Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Data Analysts to work cross-functionally on data solutions that improve decision-making and operational efficiency. In this role, you will analyze, visualize, and interpret data to provide actionable insights, help standardize data practices, and support data governance initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data needs, gather requirements, and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Apply advanced analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Support data integration and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Contribute to data governance and standardization efforts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Document data solutions, business rules, and processes, and provide training or guidance to stakeholders.
- Continuously explore new data sources, tools, and methods to enhance analytics capabilities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Power BI (must-have)
- Hands-on experience in SQL.
- Strong understanding of data management, data quality, and data governance practices.
- Experience with data visualization, reporting, and analytics best practices.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial background (accounting, lending, mortgage, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships.
- Technologically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong standards for accuracy and completeness.
- Flexibility to occasionally attend meetings outside standard work hours.
