We are looking for an experienced Administrative Services Assistant to provide high-level support to leadership while also serving as a team lead for administrative staff. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to managers and teams
- Lead and support administrative staff; act as a resource and point of contact
- Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling logistics
- Prepare and review reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Maintain and manage SharePoint sites and document tracking systems
- Coordinate onboarding, travel arrangements, and office operations
- Track workflows, action items, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications:
- 6 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint (site management and document control)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic environment
