Oversee and coordinate the painting of bridges and other structural surfaces, ensuring high-quality work while adhering to safety standards. This role involves leading a team of painters, preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and inspecting completed work. Foremen also manage schedules, order materials, and maintain equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership:
Leading and directing a crew of painters, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and providing guidance. - Surface Preparation:
Preparing surfaces for painting by removing old paint, rust, and other debris, and ensuring proper adhesion of new coatings. - Coating Application:
Applying paint, stains, and protective coatings to bridges and related structures using various tools like brushes, rollers, and spray guns. - Quality Control:
Inspecting completed work to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to project specifications and safety standards. - Safety Management:
Ensuring all safety procedures are followed, including proper use of equipment, personal protective gear, and adherence to fall protection and other safety regulations. - Material and Equipment Management:
Ordering materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the availability of necessary tools and supplies. - Communication and Collaboration:
