What You’ll Do
✅PE Certification (required)
✅B.S. in Structural Engineering 5 years’ minimum experience
✅Proficiency with concrete/steel design. AutoCAD, MS365
✅Strong communication and organizational skills
✅Ability to travel ~25% of the time
✅Ability to meet ~85% billable hours target
✅Able to perform field tasks
✅Physical Requirements: Ability to carry 50 pounds, climb ladders/scaffolding, work at heights, work in confined spaces, use of power tools to collect field samples, etc. (with reasonable accommodations).

We’re seeking a practical, field-savvy structural engineer who thrives on balancing design analysis with hands-on field work. You’ll support New England-based and national water/wastewater infrastructure projects, ensuring structural integrity through inspection, design, and project management.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect structural steel, reinforced concrete, and masonry systems
- Perform field testing (with training/support)
- Execute structural analysis and rehabilitation design work
- Lead medium-sized projects from start to finish
- Conduct construction inspections and document findings
- Write technical reports and manage client communication
- Travel ~25% for non-local, short-term assignments
- Local travel to inspection/job sites (~2 hours)
