Title: Medication Assisted Treatment Clinical Supervisor
CPS is a leader in providing Correctional Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services. Our focus is on providing high quality compassionate care to all those we work with. As our company continues to expand, we are looking to hire talented staff to join our team in providing MAT/MOUD services. MAT/MOUD program staff provide ongoing treatment services to individuals diagnosed with Substance Use Disorders. Our Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical oversight, promote recovery, facilitate workflow, and serve as a resource and team leader, while ensuring all regulatory needs are met and best care practices are provided. Individuals must maintain standards of professional counseling practice in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements: Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field required; Two years of supervised substance abuse counseling experience required; Correctional experience preferred; At least one year of clinical experience in supervisory role required; Must be able to facilitate group and individual counseling; Proficiency in clinical documentation (DAP notes, treatment planning , etc) preferred; Individuals with any MAT or correctional experience encouraged to apply
