Position Overview:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team and support our ongoing compliance project. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced technicians, learn the ropes of compliance management, and gain hands-on experience in IT support. This internship is designed for someone eager to learn and grow, with the potential to transition into a full-time Level 1 Technician role upon successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the compliance team in executing and tracking compliance tasks related to client systems.
* Provide support to technicians in performing system audits, data collection, and report generation.
* Help maintain up-to-date records of compliance activities and assist with documentation.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to systems and network infrastructure.
* Participate in meetings and training sessions to further develop technical skills.
* Assist with general IT support tasks and help desk requests as needed.
* Contribute to the growth of internal tools and processes related to IT support and compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong interest in IT, compliance, and technology, with a willingness to learn.
* Excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and software is a plus, but not required.
