Corporate Transportation Group is a leading paratransit and healthcare transportation operator serving the New York metro area. We're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our finance team and work alongside our lead CPA.
What You'll Do:
• Assist the lead CPA with day-to-day accounting operations
• Prepare and manage budgets across multiple business lines
• Classify expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities
• Validate invoices and ensure accuracy of accounts payable
• Leverage AI tools to streamline financial workflows and reporting
What We're Looking For:
• 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
• Strong command of expense classification, budgeting, and invoice validation
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for accounting or data analysis
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• CPA license not required
