Position Summary
The Supply Chain Operations Data Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of critical operational data. This position supports multiple departments by maintaining clean, reliable data across systems that drive inventory, transportation, and order management.

Key Responsibilities
- Validate and reconcile data across inventory, transportation, and order management systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies by partnering with internal teams
- Monitor data flow between departments to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Maintain organized digital records, logs, and reporting templates
- Generate weekly and ad hoc reports to support operational and leadership decisions
- Track trends in data inconsistencies and contribute to process improvements
- Assist with system updates, audits, and reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Previous relevant experience or internship experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
