As our Recruiter, you'll partner directly with hiring managers across our corporate office and warehouse operations to attract exceptional talent and create an outstanding hiring experience from the initial workforce planning discussion through successful onboarding.
Success means helping managers make great hiring decisions, delivering an exceptional candidate experience, building talent pipelines before positions become urgent, and continuously improving the way recruiting is done.
No two days are the same. One day you may be recruiting a CSR, the next a Warehouse Supervisor, eCommerce rep, Salesperson, HR professional, or executive-level position. If you enjoy variety and learning different parts of a business, you'll thrive in this role.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Recruit for Corporate, Manufacturing, and Construction positions.
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions that support effective hiring.
- Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, career fairs, trade organizations, colleges, technical schools, military transition programs, and other creative sourcing strategies.
- Conduct structured phone screens and interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on qualifications, transferable skills, learning agility, and long-term potential.
- Coordinate interviews while maintaining exceptional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare employment offers and coordinate onboarding activities to create an exceptional first-day experience.
- Represent us at career fairs, networking events, schools, and community outreach activities.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
- Utilize technology, automation, AI, and analytics to improve efficiency while maintaining sound professional judgment.
- Recommend improvements that simplify, standardize, automate, and scale recruiting processes.
Qualifications
- College degree preferred
- 2 to 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience for office and warehouse through multiple channels
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and responsiveness
- Ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System
- Recruiting or a comparable enterprise recruiting platform
