RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT – Rolling Meadows, IL
$80,000 - $100,000 Monthly Bonus!
We are looking for a dynamic Residential Construction Superintendent to join our team! This position is a combination of field based and office, responsible for overseeing daily on-site construction activities, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, and ensuring projects are completed with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities for our Residential Construction Superintendent are:
- Oversee all on-site phases of residential construction from quick turn projects from start to completion
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, inspectors, and trade partners
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site at all times
- Resolve field issues and coordinate solutions quickly and professionally
- Schedule inspections and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor material deliveries and job site inventory
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout every phase of construction
Qualifications for our Residential Construction Superintendent are:
- Previous experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, or similar field leadership role in residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with construction management software is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
