As an Operations & Support Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping them navigate product capabilities, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure seamless order execution. You’ll work closely with technical teams and internal partners to deliver a high-quality, responsive customer experience while gaining exposure to innovative tools used across modern manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email, supporting inquiries related to advanced inspection products
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and product information
- Help troubleshoot basic product questions, escalating more complex technical issues as needed
- Partner with technical support teams to ensure timely and accurate issue resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records within internal systems
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed on product updates, features, and capabilities to better support customer needs

Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service or support experience

- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Interest in technical products or willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments is a plus
