What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server Assistant position at Corporate Management Group?
OVERVIEW:
We are looking for an Enthusiastic, Motivated, Team-Oriented Servers Assistant that wants to join a company that has a Culture of Caring! Specific Duties:
- Work closely with the assigned Table Host to ensure timely and professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all side stations to include stocking straws, beverage napkins, flatware, plate ware, and printer paper
- Ensure all glassware, plate ware, and equipment presented to the table is clean and polished
- Maintain clean floors, booths, chairs, and tables before, during, and after the shift
- Perform prep for table service garnishes each night while adhering to company specifications
- Perform all duties assigned by the Table Host and Manager on Duty
Requirements:
· Must be at least 21 years of age upon date of hire
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 (six) hours in length.
- Must have a good sense of balance and bend, kneel, and react swiftly to actions surrounding them.
- Must have the ability to lift bus pans, trays, and cases of food and beverage weighing as much as 30 pounds.

Pay Range: $20 - $25 an hour
