The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating vendor quotes, processing orders, supporting client communications, and serving as a liaison between customers and the internal sales team. This individual will also assist with resolving inquiries, tracking projects, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the order process.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate vendor pricing and quote requests
- Assist with project planning and order management
- Enter, process, and confirm customer orders
- Respond to customer phone calls and email inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication
- Resolve customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and account representatives
- Provide accurate product and order information using company systems and tools
Qualifications
- Previous experience with purchasing, customer support, or order entry required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office programs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities effectively
- Experience in printing, branded merchandise, manufacturing support, or related industries is a plus
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of customer service or administrative support experience preferred
