Corporate Ink is looking for talented, ambitious and curious account coordinators to join our PR agency.
This entry-level position offers a great opportunity to learn the fundamentals of public relations while making an impact and contributing to real client work from the start.
Account Coordinators support several client teams and contribute across media relations, social media, research, measurement and reporting, writing and day-to-day account coordination. You’ll have the opportunity to brainstorm, create content, pitch the media and drive results right out of the gate.
We operate virtually and offer in-person collaboration opportunities in Boston, Chicago, New York and Atlanta. While this position is 100% remote, candidates must be located in Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Georgia or Illinois.

What You’ll Do
- Research clients, industries, competitors, trends and media opportunities
- Build and maintain targeted media lists
- Monitor the news and identify timely opportunities for clients to join relevant conversations
- Draft media pitches, social posts, award submissions, briefing materials and other content
- Pitch storylines and develop relationships with reporters
- Manage social media programs
- Track media coverage, campaign activity and program results
- Participate in team brainstorms, client meetings and internal training
- Coordinate account details, deadlines and deliverables

What We’re Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Relevant internship, agency or editorial experience
- Strong writing, social media and communication skills
- Curiosity about AI, technology, business, news, the media and how companies grow
- Experience using LLMs and AI
- An interest in media relations and telling compelling stories
- Strong research, organization and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- The confidence to ask questions, share ideas and learn from feedback
- A collaborative, dependable and positive approach
- Someone who is motivated to grow and become an integral part of our team
