Job Summary: The SAP Business Support Analyst is a hands-on generalist with a dual mandate. The day-to-day core of the role is executing and supporting the finance and sales processes that run through SAP, including invoice and billing research, payment and deposit corrections, commissions and operational reporting, and order-to-cash exception handling. This role works directly with Accounting and Customer Success teams and takes recurring SAP work off both the business and the SAP platform team. Alongside that base, the role provides SAP ECC6 application support and grows into configuration and enhancement work under the direction of the SAP Platform Support Man

ager.The ideal candidate has strong functional knowledge of SAP ECC6, particularly FI (Finance) and SD (Sales & Distribution), enjoys transactional problem-solving as much as project work, and wants a seat where they see the whole business, not one mo

dule.

• pport:Execute finance-side SAP work: accounts receivable and invoice research and cleanup, billing corrections, deposit and payment reversals and adjustments, and payment posting su
• pport.Produce and maintain commissions and operational finance reporting; support month-end and audit-related req
• uests.Handle order-to-cash exceptions with Customer Success and sales, including sales order, billing, and shipping issue research and resol

• ility.Partner daily with accounting and sales teams to absorb recurring SAP tasks, document them, and where possible to automate or eliminate

them.
