Summary of position:
Corporate Dining Concepts is seeking an experienced and dependable Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, fleet coordination, and route driver management. This position plays a critical role in ensuring all warehouse, delivery, vending, and micro market operations are completed efficiently, safely, and accurately. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and route drivers while ensuring company vehicles, deliveries, inventory, and client service standards are maintained at the highest level.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory management, picking, and loading procedures
- Manage and supervise Route Drivers, warehouse employees, and fleet operations personnel
- Create and manage daily warehouse picking schedules and route preparation within the Cantaloupe system or other company systems
- Monitor route efficiency, delivery schedules, and service completion to ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure all route drivers maintain proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and required service logs
- Conduct regular inspections of warehouse operations, company vehicles, and fleet equipment
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs for company fleet vehicles
- Monitor driver compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, safety standards, and vehicle inspection requirements
- Assist with hiring, training, coaching, and disciplinary action for warehouse and route employees
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and oversee product rotation to minimize waste and shortages
- Investigate inventory discrepancies, delivery issues, and operational concerns while implementing corrective actions
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, sanitation, and safety standards are consistently maintained
- Work closely with Operations, HR, and upper management to support staffing, scheduling, and operational needs
- Assist with emergency coverage for routes, warehouse operations, or account needs when necessary
- Monitor labor hours and operational productivity to help maintain company efficiency goals
- Ensure all employees conduct themselves professionally while representing the company at client locations
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding operational updates and concerns
Job Requirements/ Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous warehouse, fleet, route management, or operations management experience preferred
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience required

- Experience with vending, foodservice, delivery, or micro market operations preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment

- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and move products and equipment as needed
