This is a full-time hybrid role based in Rochester Hills, MI, with some flexibility for remote work. As the Sales Director for Michigan and Ohio, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure competitive positioning. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales objectives, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
- Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Effective Team Management and leadership skills to mentor and guide sales teams
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales goals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel within the Michigan and Ohio regions as required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
