Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise multiple construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations on-site.
• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using construction scheduling software to meet project milestones.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to coordinate construction activities effectively.
• Oversee safety programs in compliance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety meetings.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project scope aligns with design intent and contractual obligations.
• Monitor quality control measures through regular inspections and documentation to uphold construction standards.
• Supervise on-site personnel management, including crew management, performance evaluations, and resolving onsite issues promptly.
• Utilize construction management software for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.
• Ensure compliance with all construction regulations while maintaining a safe work environment that minimizes risk of accidents or delays.

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial construction management with a minimum of several years supervising large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations including OSHA standards and federal safety protocols.
• Strong proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Skilled in project scheduling, budget management, and resource allocation to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment while fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Familiarity with contracts administration including review of change orders and contractual obligations.
• Strong communication skills for effective coordination with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Pay: From $115,000.00 per year
