Corporate Coffee Systems, headquartered in Westbury, is a leading coffee, refreshment, and breakroom provider serving clients throughout the New York metropolitan and Tri-State area. We provide premium coffee programs, MicroMarkets, snacks, beverages, and workplace refreshment solutions designed to bring a coffeehouse experience directly to our clients.
We are currently looking for a MicroMarket Account Manager to support and maintain several client locations throughout the Tri-State area. This role is ideal for someone with a hospitality or customer service background who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and building strong client relationships.
As one of the main faces of our company onsite, professionalism, reliability, hospitality, and a polished appearance are extremely important in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Restocking and maintaining MicroMarket, snack, and beverage inventory
- Managing the overall appearance and organization of client refreshment areas
- Keeping coffee stations, refrigerators, and beverage equipment clean, stocked, and client-ready
- Monitoring inventory levels and communicating replenishment needs to management
- Rotating products and checking expiration dates
- Building positive relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service onsite
- Traveling between client locations throughout the Tri-State area as needed
- Assisting with setup, organization, and presentation of MicroMarket locations
What We’re Looking For:
- Hospitality, food service, MicroMarket, retail, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage accounts
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Clean and valid driver’s license required
- Comfortable traveling throughout the Tri-State area
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
What We Offer:
- Typical hours are approximately Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Starting pay at $22.00 per hour
