Corpcare Services Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Lead Cleaner to join our team at Toyota North America. This in-person position requires a motivated and experienced leader who can oversee cleaning staff, maintain high-quality standards, and support special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide midday cleaning staff, ensuring all tasks meet Toyota’s high standards.
- Provide hands-on training and support to team members to improve efficiency and quality.
- Serve as a point of contact between management and cleaning staff, effectively communicating in both English and Spanish.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, cleaning procedures, and company policies.
- Perform regular inspections of assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and address any issues.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned, which may include deep cleaning, event setups, or emergency response tasks.
- Assist with scheduling, task delegation, and reporting any staffing or performance concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure proper usage and storage.
- Work closely with the management team to provide feedback, identify improvement areas, and support company initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
