Corpay is currently looking to hire an Client Experience Associate. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and will be located in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will support select Corporate Dealers by handling key administrative and operational tasks, enabling the Dealers to focus on managing and growing their portfolio of corporate clients by ensuring seamless trade execution, client account management, and day-to-day operational efficiency.
Reporting directly to the SVP, Strategy & Revenue Operations, you will collaborate closely with Corporate Dealers, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and other shared services teams to deliver exceptional client service and optimize workflows.

How We Work

- Assisting Corporate Dealers in managing client accounts by handling administrative tasks related to trade execution, pricing, and order processing.
- Coordinating trade confirmations, settlement processes, and client documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitoring daily trade settlements and assisting with trade reconciliation to ensure smooth transactions.
- Liaising with shared services departments, including but not limited to Operations, Compliance, Credit, to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Facilitating an efficient client and dealer experience by project managing processes and communication with our shared services departments.
- Managing and updating client data, trade records, and communication logs in Salesforce and internal systems.
- Supporting client onboarding and account setup, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinating with the Compliance team on KYC/AML documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing reports and analysis on client trading activity and account performance to assist Dealers in client engagement.
- Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, market updates, and other materials to support business development efforts.
- Organizing and tracking client communications, ensuring timely follow-ups and proactive engagement.
- Proactively build relationships with current clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Engaging with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a high level of service.
- Assisting in client education on Corpay Cross-Border platforms and payment solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the client experience and streamline operational processes.
- Adhering to compliance obligations, company risk management, Anti-Money Laundering and all company policies.
- Providing ad hoc support to your team as and when required.
- Proactive and effective communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
