Position Summary:
Cornwall Manor Retirement Community is seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN to serve as a Unit Manager. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations on the unit, ensuring high-quality resident care, and supporting nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including scheduling and performance oversight
- Coordinate and manage resident care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and transitions of care
Qualifications:
- Current, active LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
Pay: $32.05 - $42.85 per hour
