Position Summary

As a Branch Supervisor, you'll be an important part of creating outstanding experiences for both our members and employees. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team, contribute to the success of the branch, and make a meaningful impact within the communities we serve. You'll work closely with employees, members, and other leaders to help create an environment where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops branch team members to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Fosters a member-first culture focused on exceptional service, relationship building, and business growth.
• Oversees daily branch operations, including consumer lending, membership, deposit services, and member support, while providing hands-on operational assistance as needed.
• Drives branch performance by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service delivery, and overall results.
• Collaborates with branch and lending leaders to effectively manage scheduling across member services, supporting operational goals and team performance.
• Ensures compliance with Credit Union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Partners with leaders across the organization to support operational excellence and a consistent member experience.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a collaborative leader who enjoys working with people and helping teams perform at their best. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of direct leadership experience, strong customer service and relationship-building skills, sound judgment, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with branch operations, consumer lending, and business development is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are also essential for success in this role.

Education Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or another related field is preferred. Commensurate work experience is also considered.

Communication Skills Requirements

• The ability to read and comprehend moderate to advanced instructions and correspondence.
• The ability to write moderate to advanced correspondence within professional etiquette standards.
• The ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Physical Requirements

Compensation Package

The starting base salary range is $65,000 to $80,000 per year. Corning Credit Union also offers an annual bonus plan as part of its comprehensive compensation package. Initial hiring rates are dependent on several factors, including years of related work experience, education, and geographic location. Additionally, most roles have further levels providing added growth opportunities and earnings potential.
