Duties
- Conduct quick oil changes using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring proper disposal of used fluids in compliance with environmental standards
- Assist with basic vehicle inspections to identify potential issues such as worn belts, brake conditions, or fluid leaks
- Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently for maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency during service procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
Qualifications
- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures such as oil changes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks required for vehicle servicing
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward assisting customers’ needs
- Experience with automotive service standards and safety protocols is advantageous
- Higher pay for individuals who can speak Spanish to help better serve our Spanish speaking customers
