Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes using hand tools and power tools efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Assist with basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, filter replacements, and battery inspections.
- Use automotive diagnostics tools to identify common issues and communicate findings clearly.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored after use.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions professionally.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostics equipment.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, and fluid top-offs.
- Familiarity with automotive service procedures and basic repair techniques.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Prior service technician experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
