We are seeking a Regional Facility Registered Nurse to join our team and help us continue our mission of making a difference. Priority application status will be given to night shift availability and candidates willing to work at multiple locations.
About the Role
As a Regional Facility Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive and professional environment. This position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
