Job Title: Supply Chain Project Support – Oracle Cloud Integration (Alastin)

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Supply Chain Project Support professional to join a critical Oracle Cloud integration initiative supporting the Alastin business and broader U.S. Supply Chain transformation. This role will serve as a key execution partner to the Supply Chain Transformation Lead, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and progress across multiple workstreams including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Master Data, Logistics, Planning, and Customer Service integration.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and can effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will play a vital role in driving alignment, tracking deliverables, and supporting the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Coordination
- Support day-to-day execution of Supply Chain workstreams within the Oracle Cloud integration program
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and workshops across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Commercial, Quality, and Customer Service teams
- Track milestones, deliverables, and action items to ensure timely progress and accountability
- Facilitate communication and alignment across stakeholders to manage dependencies and drive outcomes
Documentation & Process Support
- Develop and maintain key project documentation, including process maps, business requirements, and decision logs
- Support the design and standardization of future-state (to-be) processes across supply chain functions
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance, audit, and training requirements
Training & Change Management
- Assist in creating training materials and job aids for impacted teams
- Coordinate and support training sessions and change readiness initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of new systems and processes
Systems & Integration Support
- Provide support across integrated platforms including Oracle Cloud ERP, Salesforce Service Cloud, MDM tools (e.g., Informatica), and planning systems (e.g., Anaplan)
- Assist with testing coordination, issue tracking, and resolution follow-up
- Support system integration activities to ensure smooth transitions and functionality
Operational Support
- Provide backfill support for critical Supply Chain operations as needed
- Help maintain continuity of operations during transformation efforts
- Support ongoing initiatives to minimize disruption to business functions
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project coordination
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives in complex environments
- Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud or SAP
- Exposure to Salesforce Service Cloud or similar customer service platforms
- Experience with process mapping, transformation initiatives, or change management
- Understanding of supply chain functions including O2C, logistics, planning, and customer service
Salary : $50 - $55
