What You’ll Do
- Test software applications to make sure they’re stable, secure, and user‑friendly
- Build test plans, test cases, and scenarios based on business requirements
- Run manual and automated tests to spot bugs and performance issues
- Work closely with developers and product teams to recommend fixes and improvements
- Document test results, track defects, and share clear status updates
- Support user interface testing, regression testing, and usability testing
- Help improve testing processes and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of experience turning business requirements into test cases
- 3 years building and executing test scenarios in test systems
- 2 years testing IBM Curam software (or similar enterprise platforms)
- Strong communication skills to explain issues clearly to technical teams
Nice to Have
- 5 years working with large enterprise or e‑business systems
- Knowledge of healthcare operations or business processes
- Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
- Background in both Waterfall and Agile delivery methods
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field (or equivalent experience)
- Certifications in QA or project management are a plus but not required
