Good day! We are seeking an experienced SharePoint / Power Platform Developer to support a large-scale modernization initiative focused on enterprise collaboration and business application platforms. This position will play a key role in migrating SharePoint 2019 environments to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) while modernizing legacy forms and applications using Power Platform technologies and .NET development tools.
This is a long-term contract opportunity supporting enterprise-level application development, migration, and modernization efforts.
Job Title: SharePoint / Power Platform Developer
Duration: 12 Months Contract (Possible Extension)
Work Authorization: W2 (USC and/or Green Card only)
Location: 1201 Main Street Suite 600 Columbia, SC 29201 (Onsite)
Interview Process: 1 round - phone call
Candidates must currently reside in South Carolina. Relocation candidates will not be considered.
Project Scope
- Migrate SharePoint 2019 solutions to SharePoint SE (on-premise)
- Convert InfoPath 2013 form solutions to .NET Forms and/or Power Apps
- Migrate related C#.NET projects to Visual Studio 2022
- Develop scalable and user-friendly business solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies
Daily Duties / Responsibilities
- Create software solutions and system documentation for assigned development tasks
- Provide daily status updates to the applications manager
- Enter weekly progress reports into the administrative task management system
- Collaborate with technical teams to support migration and modernization initiatives
- Troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain existing applications and workflows
Required Skills
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years of experience with MS VISUAL STUDIO
- 5 years of experience with MS C#.NET
- 5 years of experience with MS SQL DATABASE
- 5 years of experience with MS SHAREPOINT (ON PREMISE)
- 5 years of experience with POWER APPS
- 5 years of experience with POWER AUTOMATE
- 5 years of experience with GITHUB
- Previous South Carolina Government experience
