Data Analyst / Analytics Specialist (2–5 Years Experience)
Contract | Hybrid (Boston, MA)
Pay Rate: Up to $35/hr
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst / Analytics Specialist to join a dynamic analytics team. In this role, you’ll turn raw data into meaningful insights that help drive smarter business decisions, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights
- Work with data from collection through cleansing, transformation, and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business needs
- Translate business requirements into clear analytical and reporting solutions (KPIs, metrics, logic)
- Partner with teams across the business to support data-driven decision-making
- Improve data quality, consistency, and reporting accuracy
- Help identify opportunities to automate reporting and streamline data processes
- Support advanced analytics and data science initiatives by preparing datasets
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis
- Strong SQL skills (data querying and manipulation required)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Understanding of data structures, data quality, and reporting best practices
- Ability to translate business needs into technical and analytical solutions
- Exposure to statistical analysis or data modeling concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related regulated industries
- Familiarity with Python, R, or other scripting/automation tools
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams
