Programmer Analyst - Enterprise Systems & Public Sector Technology
Location: Fort Worth, TX - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

What You'll Be Doing
Application Development & System Design
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into efficient system designs
Develop, test, and maintain applications ranging from moderate to complex in scope
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability across systems
Database & Data Management
Design, maintain, and optimize databases, including tables, queries, forms, and reports
Troubleshoot data issues and improve database structure and performance
Support reporting and data-driven decision-making
System Support & Optimization
Maintain and enhance existing systems to improve functionality and reliability
Diagnose and resolve system and data processing issues
Support software installations, upgrades, and ongoing system performance
Documentation & Reporting
Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and reports
Ensure clear documentation for both technical teams and end users
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
Support ongoing system enhancements and modernization efforts
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2 years of experience in programming, system analysis, or application support
Strong understanding of system design, development, and database management
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex environments
Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting CAD or RMS systems within public safety or government environments
Familiarity with station alerting or dispatch-related technologies
Experience working in structured or regulated environments
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite
