CornerStone TTS is seeking a Data / Information Architect to support public-facing dashboard development, data analysis, CRM systems, and documentation initiatives. This consultant will work with real estate, fleet, and financial data to develop actionable insights and improve organizational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, deploy, and support Tableau dashboards, including public-facing reporting solutions.
- Perform data analysis using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SAS, and similar tools.
- Develop and support solutions in MS SQL Server Management Studio, Azure Synapse, or comparable database environments.
- Support CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot.
- Create clear technical and user documentation to support dashboard adoption and future enhancements.
- Participate in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Lean, and DevOps delivery environments.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into data-focused strategies and reporting solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on Tableau development and deployment experience.
- Working knowledge of database principles and data design.
- CRM development and support experience.
- Strong data analysis and business analysis skills.
- Ability to explain and document complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
Candidates may be located nationwide but must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours and work onsite in Columbia, SC. All onsite travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the resource.
