We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join a collaborative IT team supporting the development and improvement of business applications and technology solutions.
In this role, you will serve as the connection between business teams and technical teams by gathering requirements, improving processes, and helping deliver solutions that support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, working with stakeholders, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with business stakeholders, product teams, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements
- Create and maintain documentation such as user stories, process flows, workflows, use cases, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios
- Act as the communication bridge between business users and technical teams throughout the development lifecycle
- Support software testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and automate manual tasks
- Assist with identifying project risks, issues, and potential solutions
- Collaborate with teams in an Agile development environment
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
- Strong experience creating process documentation, user stories, and technical documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, legal, mortgage, or similar industries
- Experience supporting Agile/Scrum teams
- Familiarity with document generation technologies (XML experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of SQL and/or SSRS reporting tools
