REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year of stable warehouse experience
- Ability to stand 8–12 hours and lift up to 50lbs
- Steel toed boots/shoes
- Lots of walking
- Picking a minimum of 50 items/hour
- Stable & previous warehouse experience (1 years)
- High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience with RF scanners and industrial pick/pack systems
- High-volume distribution or logistics experience
- Reliable transportation to DFW-area site
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $18/hr
- 8AM–5PM, Monday–Friday; must be flexible for OT & weekends
- Temporary-to-Hire, W2

ROLE IMPACT
This role is critical to maintaining inventory accuracy and fulfilling outbound shipments in a high-volume distribution environment. Success is defined by accurate, efficient order pulling, meeting productivity targets, and maintaining physical readiness for warehouse operations.

• Pull parts and components using RF scan technology
• Pick approximately 50 items per hour
• Perform extensive walking and lifting throughout the shift
• Support inventory accuracy through precise order fulfillment
