COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• OTE $250,000–$350,000 (50/50 base/commission split) with uncapped commission and accelerators for 100% attainment
• Full-Time, Exempt
• Occasional travel up to 25–50% (HQ visits, industry events, client meetings)

ROLE IMPACT
The Enterprise Account Executive drives net-new enterprise revenue by acquiring organizations with 1,000 employees across the United States. This role is responsible for building strategic, consultative relationships, leading complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and positioning the organization as a trusted cybersecurity compliance partner. Success is defined by disciplined pipeline generation, technical fluency, and consistent quota attainment in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
• Identify and close new enterprise business opportunities across targeted industries; 100% new logo focus
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive $2M–$2.5M in annual revenue
• Generate pipeline through inbound leads, BDR support, and proactive outbound self-sourcing
• Lead discovery-heavy, consultative conversations; multi-thread across executive, technical, and compliance stakeholders
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce documentation with strong operational discipline
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, revenue operations, partners, and service delivery to ensure seamless pre-sales experience
• Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5 years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of $1M annual quota attainment
• Experience selling cybersecurity, compliance, governance risk and compliance (GRC), software-as-a-service (SaaS), or professional services
Core Tools & Systems
• Salesforce CRM
• Structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks)
• Virtual meeting and prospecting platforms
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks such as SOC 1/2/3, ISO 27001/42001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, HITRUST, FedRAMP, CMMC, or StateRAMP
• Experience selling bundled services and technology-enabled solutions
• Strong technical discovery skills with the ability to independently lead compliance and risk conversations
