Compensation & Schedule

• $42,000 – $52,000 annually (excluding bonus/commission and other benefits/reimbursements) scaled commission structure

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Contract-to-Hire | W2

• Start date: ASAP

Role Impact

This entry-level sales role is designed to build the next generation of high-performing Sales Representatives. You will learn the industry, products, and customer lifecycle while developing core sales skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. Success in this role means building strong customer relationships, meeting performance targets, and progressing into a Senior Sales Representative position. You will work in a small, high-visibility office where contributions are recognized and career growth is clearly defined.

• Key Responsibilities

• Learn company products, services, and industry fundamentals to effectively communicate value to customers

• Support inside sales activities including prospect outreach, lead follow-up, quoting, and order support

• Deliver responsive customer service to build trust and long-term client relationships

• Meet moderate sales KPIs through structured training and coaching support

• Contribute to a collaborative team environment while developing professional sales skills

• Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, or equivalent professional experience

• Strong interest in building a long-term career in sales with demonstrated coachability and motivation

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

• Core Tools & Systems

• CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Phone and email communication platforms

• Order entry and quoting systems

Preferred Skills

• Prior internship, campus leadership, or customer-facing experience

• Goal-oriented with a competitive, self-driven attitude

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced office environment
