Sales Rep

Vending Concepts, a well-established Fort Worth company, is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Sales Representative to join our team of professionals. This is a base salary plus commission and a good salesperson should earn between $45,000 to $85,000 annually at a minimum.

Responsibilities:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice and comprehensive information on our diverse range of vending products and services to potential and existing customers.
• Utilizing sound judgment and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Efficiently processing customer payments by accurately totaling purchases and handling various payment methods, including checks, cash, and credit/debit cards.
• Consistently delivering exceptional customer service, building rapport, and exceeding customer expectations in every interaction.

• Proven experience working in a sales-related capacity, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.
• A naturally friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Exceptional adaptability and the capacity to effectively tailor your approach to various situations and individual customer needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to articulate product information clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional correspondence.
