COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $31/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
ROLE IMPACT: This role supports high-volume hiring of Sales Representatives to help drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, ensuring a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates while delivering a strong candidate experience. Success in this role is defined by speed-to-fill, quality of hire, and maintaining clear communication with hiring managers and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and candidate feedback
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Minimum Qualifications
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, including high-volume hiring
• Experience recruiting within insurance or home services industries preferred
• Strong verbal communication skills with a polished, professional phone presence
Preferred Skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience hiring sales or commission-based roles
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
