Part-Time Payroll & Benefits Administrator (Contract)
LOCATION
Southlake, TX | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $30–$33/hour
• Minimum 20 hours per week, with additional hours during bi-weekly payroll processing weeks
• Contract Assignment
• Estimated duration: 5–6 months with potential extension based on business needs
ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing while supporting employee benefits administration for a workforce of approximately 130 employees. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, independent payroll execution, compliance awareness, and responsive support for employee payroll and benefits inquiries.
JOB DUTIES
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and independently using ADP Payroll
• Support benefits administration and serve as the primary internal contact for employee benefits questions
• Maintain payroll records and assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance activities
• Coordinate timekeeping and payroll data validation to ensure accuracy and timely processing
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on ADP Payroll processing experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage end-to-end payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, reporting, and employee support practices
Preferred Skills
• Experience supporting employee benefits administration
• SAP experience, particularly reporting and timekeeping functions
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing workload demands
