COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $20.00 – $20.25 per hour
• Schedule:12:00pm - 8:30pm
• Employment Type: Full-time, W2
ROLE IMPACT
The Material Handler II ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer return receipts to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency. This role supports warehouse operations by properly stocking, labeling, and inspecting incoming materials while upholding company standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
KEY DUTIES
• Operate manual and motorized warehouse machinery to move, stock, and organize materials efficiently
• Use RF devices to verify product location, quantity, and description against receiving documents
• Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or incorrect items to the team lead or supervisor
• Break down received products into correct selling units and place in designated stocking areas
• Handle damaged materials per company protocol, including notification to the spill team
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (or comparable work experience)
• Ability to complete machine driver safety training for required equipment
• Strong reading, writing, math, and basic computer skills required
• Detail oriented with good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks accurately
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners required
• Must be able to read fine print and differentiate products by size, color, or vendor code
• Warehouse environment with regular standing, walking, and lifting of materials
• May require occasional exposure to temperature variations and noise
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous experience in warehousing or inventory control
• Knowledge of basic logistics and material handling processes
• Familiarity with RF inventory systems
