Logistics Coordinator

ROLE IMPACT
Support daily transportation and logistics operations by coordinating shipments, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining accurate documentation. Success is measured by accurate shipment execution, proactive issue resolution, and effective communication with carriers and internal teams to keep operations running efficiently.
• Ensure timely purchase order coverage and shipment execution.
• Monitor shipments through daily track-and-trace activities and resolve delivery issues.
• Coordinate deliveries with carriers and internal stakeholders while maintaining accurate logistics documentation.
• Support carrier onboarding, logistics projects, and continuous network optimization initiatives.
• Identify transportation capacity constraints and communicate operational needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, customer service, or an administrative support role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Reliable work history demonstrating stability and dependability.
• Must reside within a 30-mile radius of Miramar, FL 33027.
