LOCATION
Onsite – Fort Worth, TX 76115
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
• One to two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM (flex time provided)
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (W2)
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports daily warehouse operations by overseeing shipping and receiving while maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting purchasing activities. Success is measured by accurate inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, proactive stock recommendations, and strong collaboration with vendors and internal team members.
• Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including processing inbound UPS and FedEx shipments.
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain inventory accuracy, and recommend minimum/maximum stock adjustments.
• Support purchasing activities and participate in vendor meetings to improve inventory availability.
• Pull, organize, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Communicate inventory and operational insights to support continuous improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 years of experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated professional who communicates effectively and works independently within a small team.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Work in an air-conditioned warehouse with one non-climate-controlled product pull area.
• Use manual pallet jacks as needed; no forklift operation required.
• Team-oriented environment with approximately 11 employees.
• Dress code: Collared shirts and jeans.
