HR Administrator
Location Fort Worth, TX 76109 | Hybrid (Mon & Fri Remote | Tues–Thurs Onsite)
Compensation & Schedule
• $25.00–$28.00 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: Remote Mondays & Fridays; Onsite Tuesdays–Thursdays
• 6 Month Contract (project-based)
• W2 employment
Role Impact
This HR Administrator provides essential day-to-day support to ensure smooth HR operations during a back-office integration project. While senior HR leaders focus on strategic initiatives, this role maintains continuity across onboarding, benefits coordination, payroll support, and employee communications. Success is defined by accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to manage high-volume transactional HR tasks in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment support and responding to employee questions
• Provide payroll coordination support by reviewing timesheets, tracking discrepancies, and escalating issues as needed
• Support onboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, background documentation tracking, and orientation scheduling
• Maintain employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and ensure data accuracy
• Respond to general HR inquiries and route complex matters to appropriate team members
Minimum Qualifications
• 1 year of experience in an HR administrative, HR assistant, or HR support role
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Experience working within HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
Core Tools & Systems
• ADP Workforce Now (HRIS and payroll system) or comparable Human Capital Management (HCM) platform
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Electronic document management and compliance tracking systems
• Timekeeping and payroll support systems
Preferred Skills
• Exposure to benefits administration and payroll coordination
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
