Fleet Administrator
Location: Dallas, TX
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
Schedule: Monday-Friday, business hours
Pay: $17.82/hour
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organizing supply closet
- Open boxes and inventory items
- Send emails to staff
- Issuing out uniforms
- Must be able to lift
- Keep a log of all fleet vehicles and log information from vehicles
- Other clerical duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in an administrative position
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent writing skills – strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Ability to work independently and excellent time management skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- HS diploma or GED required
- Must be okay with going outside no matter the weather to get information from vehicles
