Job Description:
- Collect delinquent accounts in a timely, orderly and professional manner while following all standardized collections procedures.
- Make supervisor aware of problem accounts that may result in repossession, foreclosure, or charge-of.
Job Duties:
- Collect delinquent accounts promptly and professionally, following standardized procedures
- Meet performance expectations for collection efforts, including call quotas, contact percentage, and promises kept
- Negotiate payment arrangements with clients, assessing their ability and willingness to pay
- Document all collection efforts accurately and professionally in the collection system
- Communicate regularly with collections supervisor, and ensure thorough work on delinquent accounts according to standardized procedures
Pay: $15/hr
Shift:
- MUST be flexible to work Monday-Sunday, 7AM to 9PM EST
- OT may be required based on business needs
