Job Title : Mid Stage Auto Collector
Location: Addison, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
$21.15/hr guaranteed commission for 3 months after hire
Mon–Fri 8am–5pm 1 Saturday shift per month
ROLE IMPACT
As a Multi Stage Auto Collector, you'll play a key role in recovering delinquent auto loan balances while maintaining strong customer relationships. This position helps stabilize financial outcomes for both customers and the organization, ensuring effective follow-through on early- and mid-stage collections.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact customers via phone to collect on loans 30–59 days delinquent
Deliver high-quality service across all customer accounts, including non-delinquent loans
Perform basic skip tracing to locate customers with incomplete contact info
Accurately record account activity and payment arrangements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
5 years recent experience in auto collections
Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills
High school diploma or equivalent
Stable work history and proficient typing skills
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Auto-dialer / predictive dialing systems
Skip tracing platforms
Loan servicing software
CRM or call tracking tools
Microsoft Office Suite
PREFERRED SKILLS
Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience with service-owned auto debt
Familiarity with FDCPA compliance standards
